For journalists, photographers and film crews.

Accreditation rules

Before applying for accreditation, please read the information below carefully.

Accreditation is available to journalists, photo correspondents and camera operators of Russian media outlets registered with the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Mass Media”, as well as to foreign journalists accredited with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

Individuals who are not media representatives, as well as representatives of advertising publications, catalogues or commercially oriented internet portals, are not entitled to media accreditation.

An accredited media representative is entitled to

  1. free access to the venue of the Kazan International Power Engineering Forum ENERGOPROM 2027

  2. receive information about the events programme

  3. carry out video or photo recording on the event premises

  4. use all services provided for the work of journalists

  5. where a press centre is available, work there during the event, using its infrastructure

  6. take part in press conferences, briefings and other press events, and, subject to agreement with the forum press service, receive additional information in the form of comments and clarifications from the relevant officials

An accredited journalist must

  1. wear the badge at all times while working at the event and present it at the request of security staff

  2. when carrying out professional activities, present a press card or another document confirming the journalist’s identity and authority upon first request

  3. not interfere with the course of an event unless it is organised specifically for the press

  4. ensure the accuracy of information

  5. comply with the rules established for events, and not carry out photo or video recording at the request of the event’s security service representatives

  6. when using official information and quoting statements by event participants, the finished materials must mention the Kazan International Power Engineering Forum ENERGOPROM 2027 and the source of the information

Holding accreditation does not imply admission to events requiring a special invitation. The forum organising committee has the right to refuse media accreditation without giving reasons.

Mentions policy

When using official information and quoting statements by forum participants, the finished materials must mention the Kazan International Power Engineering Forum ENERGOPROM 2027 and the source of the information, or a link to the forum website if the information was taken from the website. No changes, additions or distortions may be made to the copied (quoted) information.

Print media and radio
any programme or interview recorded at the forum venue must mention the ENERGOPROM forum (in text, or as an emblem or logo).
Television
any programme or interview recorded at the forum venue must mention the ENERGOPROM forum (in text, or as an emblem or logo).
Online publications
any article or interview written during or after the forum must mention the ENERGOPROM forum (in text, or as an emblem or logo).
Photographs
any published photograph must mention the ENERGOPROM forum in the image or caption (in text, or as an emblem or logo).
Blogs and social media
when using official information and quoting forum participants (participants may only be quoted with their personal consent), published material must contain accurate facts.

The forum organising committee is not responsible for statements made by bloggers and social media users. The forum organising committee has the right to use the text of articles and the photo and video materials obtained or created by media representatives while preparing for or holding the event, with attribution to the authors of these materials.
