Through the website forms, the organising committee receives the information you provide: your name, company name, telephone number, email address and message. The media accreditation form also asks for your media outlet and position.

The data is used solely to process your enquiry and contact you: to recommend a participation option, issue an invoice, answer a question or confirm accreditation.
Disclosure to third parties
The data is not disclosed to third parties and is not used for communications to which you have not subscribed.
Website usage statistics
Anonymised website usage statistics are collected through Yandex Metrica, including pages visited, device type and referral source. This information cannot be used to identify an individual.
Retention period
Submissions are retained until the enquiry has been resolved and the forum season has been concluded. Your data will be deleted earlier upon request.
Withdrawal of consent
Email info@energopromkazan.ru from the address provided in your submission. We will delete the data and confirm its deletion by reply.
