Special terms for exhibition space rental apply until 31 December 2025

The organising committee of the Kazan International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM 2026 announces the final opportunity to take part in the exhibition on special terms for exhibition space rental, available to participants who complete their booking by 31 December 2025 inclusive.

Under the promotional offer, the rental rate is only RUB 10,500 per square metre. This is a unique opportunity to lock in favourable participation terms in advance and to choose the best location on the exhibition floor. From 1 January 2026 the rental rate will increase to RUB 15,000 per square metre. We recommend that companies planning to take part in the exhibition take advantage of the special price in advance. Early booking makes it possible to:

• secure a location in the most attractive areas of the exhibition;
• optimise the budget;
• prepare the stand design and promotion plan in advance;
• guarantee participation in a key business and industry event.
