Today Nizhnekamsk hosted the year-end board meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the upcoming Kazan International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM 2026 was presented.
The meeting was attended by Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Ministers of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Albert Karimov and Mikhail Yurin, heads of industrial enterprises, representatives of federal and regional authorities, lawmakers and industry experts.
During the event, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Korobchenko outlined the key areas of preparation for the ENERGOPROM 2026 forum, which will be held in Kazan on 1-3 April. Particular attention was paid to the specialised power industry exhibition, which will be one of the forum's central venues. The exhibition will bring together equipment manufacturers, developers of technologies and engineering solutions, and representatives of power companies and industrial enterprises, creating opportunities to expand cooperation and sign new contracts. The minister also highlighted the Supplier Days format, which brings together leading Russian and international power companies. This mechanism enables companies to build a direct dialogue with major customers and to discuss technological cooperation, production localisation and expansion into new markets.
