The Kazan Digital Week 2025 International Forum officially opened in Kazan. Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais (Head) of Tatarstan, welcomed the participants.
The forum will address 10 key topics. Today, as part of this track, the Digitalisation in the Power Industry round table was held.
Leading experts, business representatives and members of the academic community discussed a wide range of topics, including the adoption of advanced digital technologies in the power industry, the development of digital infrastructure and platforms for managing power systems, the use of artificial intelligence to optimise energy processes, the cybersecurity of power facilities in the age of digitalisation, and workforce training for the digital power industry. The round table provided a venue for sharing experience, discussing promising areas of development and finding solutions to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the energy industry.
From 1 to 3 April 2026, Kazan Expo hosted the Kazan International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM, organised jointly with the Russian Ministry of Energy and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
