Call for papers opens for the round table "Economic and Legal Aspects of Ensuring Innovative Development and Technological Sovereignty in the Fuel and Energy Complex of the CIS and EAEU Countries"

We invite you to submit papers for publication as part of the International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM 2026. The forum programme includes a round table on "Economic and Legal Aspects of Ensuring Innovative Development and Technological Sovereignty in the Fuel and Energy Complex (FEC) of the CIS and EAEU Countries", which aims to discuss the key economic and legal aspects of the work of FEC organisations that contribute to sustainable innovative development and to achieving technological sovereignty of the fuel and energy complex of the states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Research areas of the round table:

  1. Economic and legal mechanisms for developing a system of interstate engagement and coordination of innovation activity in the FEC, as well as interstate cooperation in the innovative development of the power industry and in the creation of advanced energy technologies (best available technologies).
  2. Economic and legal incentives and mechanisms for increasing the innovation activity of FEC companies.
  3. Economic and legal mechanisms for modernisation and the deployment of modern technologies and for ensuring reliable power supply to consumers, including with a view to improving environmental and economic efficiency.
  4. The legal framework and economic incentives for public-private partnership in long-term development engineering work and pilot industrial testing, with subsequent commercialisation of the results.
  5. Creating economic and non-economic incentives to expand exports of equipment and services.
  6. Economic and legal insurance instruments to protect the property interests of developers and buyers when new high-technology solutions are deployed.
  7. Improvement of standards, codes and regulations, and other issues of ensuring innovative development and technological sovereignty in the FEC of the CIS countries and other integration associations.

Following the round table, an electronic collection of its proceedings will be published and assigned an ISBN. The collection will be posted in the elibrary.ru electronic library and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). To take part in the round table, by 1 March 2026 inclusive you must send to the e-mail address tspa_kgeu@mail.ru an article prepared in accordance with the requirements.
