The business programme of the Kazan International Electric Power Forum ENERGOPROM 2026 will include the session "Labour Alchemy: How to Turn Ordinary Hours into Productive Gold", devoted to the introduction of a lean production culture and the application of modern labour productivity tools at enterprises.

The event will take place on 1 April 2026 at 15:00 at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre.

During the session, representatives of government authorities and the business community will discuss practical mechanisms for improving the efficiency of production processes. Participants will be able to learn about the state support measures currently available under the federal project "Labour Productivity", as well as to review successful cases of productivity improvement projects, including those carried out at utility supply companies.

Particular attention will be paid to the adoption of lean technologies, the optimisation of business processes and the development of a corporate culture of efficiency at enterprises in various sectors of the economy.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 350 enterprises have already joined the federal project "Labour Productivity", which is implemented as part of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy". To take part in the project, an organisation must submit an application on the dedicated IT platform Proizvoditelnost.rf.

The organisers invite representatives of enterprises, industry organisations and experts to take part in the session.

Applications to participate are accepted until 20 March 2026.
